Terms of service

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept once we confirm it by phone or email. All pieces are made to order; slight variation in colour, weave and zari placement is inherent to handwork and is not a defect.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may revise prices at any time, but never after an order is confirmed.

Product photography, descriptions, designs and the Krishna Aura name are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced for commercial use.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
