Shipping & returns
Dispatch
Every piece is made to order. Poshak and shringar dispatch within 5–9 days, murtis within 10–20 days depending on metal, and bespoke commissions within 12–18 days. You receive a tracking link by SMS.
Charges
Shipping is complimentary on orders above ₹2,500. Below that a flat ₹149 applies. International delivery is quoted per order — write to us before placing it.
Packaging
Poshak arrive folded in unbleached muslin inside a rigid box. Murtis are double-boxed with jute padding. Everything is offered before it is sealed.
Exchanges
Unused pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for sizing issues. Write to seva@divyavastra.in with your order number and photographs. Return shipping for size exchanges is on us once.
Non-returnable
Bespoke commissions, poshak made from customer-supplied fabric, pierced or engraved jewellery and opened puja consumables cannot be returned.
Damaged in transit
Report damage within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and the piece. We remake or refund in full.
