We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order: your name, email, phone number and shipping address. Account holders also have their favourites and cart stored so they carry across devices.

We never sell your data. Delivery partners receive only the address and phone number required to complete the shipment. Payment details are handled by our payment partner and never stored on our servers.

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by writing to seva@divyavastra.in. We respond within 30 days.

We use only essential cookies for sign-in and cart persistence, plus aggregate, non-identifying analytics.
